How to order
Prices are published on every product page. Orders are taken directly rather than through a checkout, so placing one takes a message rather than an account.
Tell us what you need
Message us with the product, the strength and the quantity. Every catalogue page lists its strengths and whether the item is held in stock. If you are unsure which format you want, say so — vials and pre-filled pens suit different work.
We confirm availability and the total
We check the item against current stock and come back with the total including delivery. Anything not held is quoted with a lead time rather than promised against a date we cannot keep.
You pay, we dispatch
Payment details are supplied with the quote. Orders are dispatched from the UK once payment clears, and you get confirmation when the parcel leaves.

- £4.99 to UK addresses, free over £75. We do not ship outside the UK.
- Payment
- Bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
- Paying in cryptocurrency
- 5% off your order total. Cryptocurrency payments settle immediately and cannot be reversed, which is why they carry a better price.
