How to order

Prices are published on every product page. Anything held in stock can be ordered and paid for online — no card, and no account to create until you check out. Anything else is quoted on enquiry.

  1. Add what you need to the basket

    Anything held in stock has an Add button on its product page. Everything else is quoted on enquiry — message us and we will come back with availability and a lead time.

  2. Check out

    Give us a delivery address and choose how you want to pay. No card is taken and there is no password to create — the account is made for you, and you sign in later with an emailed link.

  3. We email you what to pay

    Bank details, or a payment link for cryptocurrency, along with your order reference. Nothing leaves stock until the payment clears, so an order is never a commitment you cannot back out of.

  4. We dispatch from the UK

    Once payment clears we confirm the order, take the items out of stock and send it, and you get an email to say so.

Terms

Delivery
Tracked 48 £3.99, Tracked 24 £5.49 to UK addresses, free Tracked 48 over £75. Tracked, and you get the tracking number when it ships. We do not ship outside the UK.
Dispatch
Orders paid before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Payment
Cryptocurrency - Bitcoin, USDT or Litecoin. Bank transfer by arrangement - message us if you would rather pay that way.
Paying in cryptocurrency
5% off the items total, applied automatically at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments settle immediately and cannot be reversed, which is why they carry a better price.
Returns
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 48 hours - by email or the live chat - with a photograph and your order reference, and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. As these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched.

Paying with cryptocurrency

  1. 1. Place your order as usual and say you want to pay in crypto.
  2. 2. We send you a secure payment link from our payment processor, NOWPayments, showing the exact amount and an address for your chosen coin.
  3. 3. Pay from any wallet or exchange. Once the network confirms — usually within minutes — your order is confirmed and dispatch follows as normal.

Cryptocurrency payments are final once sent, so check the amount and address in your wallet before confirming.
