Where we deliver

Materials are dispatched from the United Kingdom to United Kingdom addresses only. Because stock is held and shipped by Terminus Peptides rather than sent direct from a supplier, the buyer is not the importer of record and no customs charge arises on arrival.

Services and charges

Orders are sent by tracked Royal Mail services. The available services and their charges are shown before an order is placed, and delivery is free above the order value shown at the same point. The charge shown when an order is placed is the charge that applies to it.

When orders are dispatched

Materials are dispatched once payment has cleared — no order leaves before then. When an order is dispatched, the tracking number is emailed so the parcel can be followed with the carrier. Any dispatch or delivery timescale given is an estimate and not a guaranteed date.

If a parcel does not arrive

Tell us by email or through the contact page, quoting the order reference. The parcel will be traced with the carrier and then replaced or refunded. Risk in the materials passes on delivery; title passes when payment has cleared in full.
