The track record, measured
Every supplier claims quick dispatch. This page publishes the measurements instead — computed from real orders, updated automatically, with no way for us to edit the numbers.
How the numbers work: they cover website orders only, cancelled orders are excluded, and the clock runs from the moment payment confirms to the moment the dispatch email — with its Royal Mail tracking number — is sent. The figures refresh from the order database every few minutes.
What this page does not show is individual orders: everything here is an aggregate, because a service record should prove the service, not expose the customers.
